$1,800,000 Wrongful Death Settlement, Child Death at Camp

Our clients were the parents of a 13-year-old boy, who was tragically killed at a church camp. At the time of the accident, the boy and a number of other campers were riding on a platform being pulled by a tractor. When the boy fell from the platform, he was crushed underneath it.
