KNR Celebrates Our 2022 SuperLawyers & Rising Stars

Kisling, Nestico & Redick’s commitment to serving Ohio injury victims is not going unnoticed. Neither are our achievements. KNR is proud to announce that Super Lawyers Magazine has released its 2022 list of SuperLawyers & Rising Stars, recognizing six of the firm’s stellar attorneys.

A SuperLawyer or Rising Star designation is a highly-selective and coveted rating based on a high degree of professional recognition and achievement. The Super Lawyers organization aims to pair individuals with top-tier legal representation in over 70 practice areas, with a selection process that involves considerable research, peer nominations, and evaluations by fellow attorneys.

Earning the SuperLawyer or Rising Star moniker represents a significant accomplishment. It also shines a light on the firm’s well-earned reputation for delivering excellent service and outstanding results for each client that walks through our doors.

Let’s Congratulate Our:

KNR Super Lawyers

Only 5% of lawyers in each state are named SuperLawyers. It’s a competitive process, where nominees are evaluated on 12 factors related to their professional ability and achievement.

For 2022, three KNR attorneys made the list.

John J. Reagan has been recognized more than a dozen times over the years. He is also a Top 100 Lawyer in Ohio and a Top 50 Lawyer in Cleveland. As a Managing Partner at KNR, John practices in Akron and focuses on serious car accidents, product liability, and wrongful death claims.

Likewise, Senior Partner, Nomiki P. Tsarnas is no stranger to being named a SuperLawyer and a Rising Star. Since coming to KNR in 2007, Nomiki has achieved impressive results in complex personal injury and motor vehicle accident litigation.

Cleveland attorney Michael A. Saltzer was also listed as a 2022 SuperLawyer. With over 30 years of legal experience, Michael can add this title to a long list of personal injury law highlights, including being an invited member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Our Rising Stars

Similar to the selection process for SuperLawyers, being a Rising Star is momentous honor. Reserved for attorneys 40-years-old and younger, who’ve practiced for fewer than ten years, only 2.5% of lawyers in Ohio can be named Rising Stars. This achievement signifies a profound contribution to the legal profession.

Akron attorney Mark Lindsey has dedicated his career to seeking justice for people who have been injured. He works tirelessly to ensure all of his clients obtain the best resolution. This is Mark’s ninth Rising Star award, and he was previously recognized by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (NAOPIA) as a “Top 10 Under 40” Attorney in Ohio.

Since joining KNR in 2012, attorney Kimberly Lubrani has brought extensive trial and litigation experience to the firm, and she has achieved considerable success for her personal injury clients. This is Kimberly’s first time being named a Rising Star and denotes a well-deserved professional achievement.

Akron attorney Thomas Walsh is another first-time Rising Star. With a diverse legal background, Thomas joined the KNR team in 2015 and has achieved noteworthy results in highly complex personal injury cases. This recent accolade is mainly due to Thomas’s effective and enthusiastic representation of his clients.

As we hope these accomplishments signify, the entire team at Kisling, Nestico & Redick is dedicated to providing excellent and unwavering legal support to those harmed by the negligence of others. We will continue to prioritize our clients’ needs and well-being, ensuring that each person and family receive the care they deserve.
